Sausage Salad with Corn and Emmental

1 green pepper
150 g ham
100 g Emmental cheese (slices)
150 g salami
3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
5 tbsp. corn (canned)
4 handful of arugula and lettuce
1 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
salt and pepper

 

 

Wash peppers, remove seeds and cut into very thin strips. Cut ham, salami and Emmental cheese into bite-size pieces. Mix salt, pepper, oil and vinegar in a dressing. Douse corn with cold water, wash lettuce and arugula. Place parsley, peppers, sausage, salad and corn in a bowl, mix well and marinate with the dressing.
