Italian Pork Cutlet

4 cutlets from pork
4 sage leaves
2 tbsp. capers
2 gherkins

Marinade

4 tbsp. white wine
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. mustard

 

 

Mix well wine, sugar, oil and mustard. Place on every cutlet one sage leave and capers and gherkins.
Douse cutlets with marinade and marinade about 2 hours in a fridge. Drain cutlets and reserve marinade.
Grill cutlets until tender. Sprinkle regulary with marinade.
Serve garnished with salat.
