Cutlet Sausage Skewer

4 pork cutlets
4 sausages (Bratwurst)
shallots
oil

 

 

Pat cutlet. Peel the shallots.
Roll sausages with the cutlets and cut into 4 pieces.
Stuck them alternately with shallots on skewers and brush with oil. Grill skewers on both sides.
