Glass Noodles with Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients for 2 people

100 g glass noodles
200 g mixed vegetables or roasted vegetables (frozen)
100 g mushrooms
100 ml of soup (cube)
150 g pork fillet
1 bunch chives
salt, pepper, ginger powder
soy sauce, oil

 

 

Bring 2 liters of salted water to a boil, add the noodles, remove from hotplate and let noodles simmer covered for 5 minutes. Strain, douse with cold water and drain well.
Cut the meat into thin slices and season with salt, pepper, ginger and soy sauce.
Clean mushrooms and cut them into equal pieces. Heat oil in a large pan and fry the vegetables while stirring. Remove from pan and set covered warmly.
Wipe pan until dry and brown the meat in a little oil, and remove them from the pan also.
In the frying residue sauté mushrooms add vegetables, douse with the soup and simmer for 1 minute. Cut noodles several times with a scissors and mix all well.
Cut chives into 1 inch pieces and sprinkle noodles before serving.
