 Steak with Beans

4 steaks (turkey or pork)
1 white beans (canned)
1 chopped tomatoes (canned)
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. paprika powder
1 tbsp. honey
1 bunch parsley (chopped)
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 handfull ruccola
salt, pepper, olive oil
lettuce

 

 

Grill steaks slowly  on both sides.
Rinse the beans and let them drain. Heat tomatoes, peeled and crushed garlic cloves and paprikapowder in a saucepan.
Add honey and simmer about 10 minutes, until sauce is slightly thickened.
Spread beans on plates and sprinkle with parsley.
Place steaks upon and garnish with ruccola.
Marinade salad with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper and garnish meal.
