TERIYAKI  SPIESSE  

Teriyaki Skewers

600 g pork fillet
200 ml Teriyaki sauce
60 g Peanuts (unsalted, roasted)
2 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
salt, pepper, oil
 

 

 

Cut the meat into 3 cm cubes and marinate for at least 1 hour in the teriyaki sauce. Then place the meat cubes on skewers and fry in oil for about 6 minutes. Boil 250 g of rice according to instructions and allow to evaporate. Chop the peanuts and pick up the parsley under the rice.
