Peel potatoes and cut into slices about 3 mm in
width. Peel onions, cut
into halves and
slice finely. Cut meat into cubes. Dice breakfast bacon. Heat 2 tbsp.
lard in a pan and fry potatoes on both sides. Heat lard in another pan,
fry meat cubes, season with salt, remove from the pan and keep warm. In
the same pan stir-fry onions and bacon. Add at first meat then potatoes.
Sesaon for taste with salt and pepper, blend gently.
