Hungarian Cabbage Meat

400 g pork
2 onions
4 cloves of garlic
600 g white cabbage
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. caraway seeds
100 ml beef stock (cube)
200 g yogurt
200 ml sour cream
1 tsp.flour
1 tbsp. tomato paste
salt, pepper, oil
1 stock cube

 

 

Dice meat, peel and chop finely onion and garlic. Chop finely cabbage.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat cubes a few minutes while stirring. Remove the meat and salt.
Fry onions and garlic in the roasting residue. Add paprika, carawy seeds, meat and cabbage, mix well, season and simmer until soft boiled. Maybe season with a soup cube.
Hit yogurt, sour cream, soup, flour and tomato paste with an electric mixer. Stir sauce in the meat, cover and simmer another 5 minutes.

 

       Side dish: mashed potatoes
