BROT  mit  BOHNEN  und  CHORIZO 

Bread with Beans and Chorizo

Ingredients for 6 people

3 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 red onion (finely chopped)
150g chorizo (sliced)
800 g beans (canned)
6 slices white bread
4 tomatoes (diced)
parsley, salt, pepper
 

  Cut 2 cloves of garlic into thin slices. Rinse out beans and drain.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry onions and garlic over low heat translucent. Stir occasionally. Halve Chorizo slices, add them and fry for 2 minutes. Add beans and season with salt and pepper.
Grill or toast bread slices on both sides. Halve remaining garlic clove and rubwith it the bread. Drizzle with a some oil. Stir tomatoes with the beans.
Spread bean mixture on the bread and garnish with parsley.
