Curry Stew

Ingredients for 2 persons

400 g potatoes
150 g of leeks
250 g minced meat
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 chili (chopped)
200 ml of soup
150 ml whipped cream
1 El parsley (chopped)
salt, pepper, curry, cumin, oil

 

 

Peel potatoes and cut into 2 cm pieces. Boil them in salted water and strain. Wash the leeks, cut them in half lengthwise and cut them transversely in 0.5 cm slices.
Fry minced meat in oil, add leeks, garlic, chili, 1 tsp. caraway and 1 tbsp. curry. Douse with soup and cream, season with salt and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the potatoes and heat briefly. Serve with parsley sprinkled.
