Stew with Minced

Ingredients for 6 people

500 g minced meat
3 cloves of garlic
1 large can tomatoes
1 can of corn
250 g mushrooms
2 tbsp. tomato paste
500 g potatoes
1 stock cube
salt, pepper, oil

 

 

Cook potatoes. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Clean champigons and halve or quarter depending on size. Drain the corn. Tomatoes cut into small pieces.
Fry minced meat in oil for 10 minutes. Add cloves of garlic, corn and mushrooms and fry briefly. Add tomatoes with juice and the stock cube into the pot, and boil up. Stir in tomato paste and season with salt and pepper.
Peel potatoes, cut and fold into slices.
