FASCHIERTE  BÄLLCHEN  mit  BOHNEN  

Minced Meat Balls with Beans

3 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 red chilli
600 g minced meat
2 eggs
6 tbsp. breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. oregano (dried)
800 g peeled tomatoes (canned)
250 g white beans
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
salt , pepper , rosemary
 

  Peel and chop finely vloves of garlic and dice onions. Half chili lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into thin strips. Mix well minced meat with garlic, eggs and bread crumbs and season well with salt. Form balls.
Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan and fry the balls around for about 5 minutes. Add onion and chilli and fry briefly. Add tomatoes with sauce, oregano and some rosemary, boil up and simmer for 10 minutes. Mash tomato pieces with a wooden spoon.
Rinse and drain beans, mix at the end of the cooking time with the tomato sauce and heat .
Season with salt and balsamic .
