FASCHIERTE  BÄLLCHEN  AUF  SAUERKRAUTSALAT 

Minced Meatballs with Sauerkraut Salad

500 g minced meat (beef)
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
4 tbsp. breadcrumbs (breadcrumbs)
2 eggs
2 tbsp.soy sauce
salt and pepper
Salad
400 g Sauerkraut
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. cumin
200 g grapes
 

  Chop onions finely, mix well with minced meat, crushed garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Form small balls and fry them on all sides slowly.
Mix well Sauerkraut with a marinade of vinegar, oil, cumin salt and pepper.
Serve with the meatballs and garnish with the grapes.
