Meat Rolls

Ingredients for 12 pieces

12 slices of bacon
400 g minced meat
2 zucchini
1 egg
1 onion
2 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
100 g cheese (grated)
5 cloves of garlic
3 carrots
salt, pepper, oregano, oil
beef stock
breadcrumbs
 

  Wash carrots, peel them, cut into thin slices and boil in salted water, strain, refresh and drain.
Cut zucchini into 2 mm thick slices.
Peel onion and chop finely. Fry in oil, remove from heat and stir in crushed garlic and parsley. Cool down.
Mix well minced meat with egg, 2 tbsp. bread crumbs, cheese and onion. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.
Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
Form the minced meat into rolls and wrap them first with zucchini, then with slices of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
Cover an ovenproof dish with oil and top with the carrot pieces. Place the rolls on it and roast in oven (middle shelf) for 45 minutes.
After some time, douse soup.
