Greek Pan with Green Beans and Minced Meat

500 g green beans
1 onion
400 g minced beef
1 can of tomatoes (850 ml)
100 g olives (pitted)
100 g feta
salt, pepper, thyme, paprika powder,
1 tbsp. of oil

 

 

Wash green beans, cut in half and boil in salted water for 12 minutes.
Peel onion and chop finely. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Fry the minced meat, add and fry onion briefly. Season with salt, pepper, thyme and paprika powder.
Add tomato with juice and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, chopping the tomatoes roughly. Add the fisoles and olives and heat briefly.
Serve and crumble the feta over it.
