Greek Ham Rolls


100 g olives
400 g feta cheese
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. sour creme
1 tsp. oregano (dried)
salt, pepper
12 slices of ham
slices from cucumber, tomatoes and olives
 

  Stuffing: Chop olives, crumple feta with a fork and mix well both with olive oil and sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and oregano.
Spread every ham slice with 1 tbsp. cheese cream and wrap them.
Serve ham rolls with cucumber- and tomatoe slices and garnish with olives.
