GEFÜLLTE  KARTOFFELN 

Stuffed Potatoes

6 large potatoes
350 ml gravy
100 g carrots
100 g zucchini
80 g ham
300 g minced meat
1 egg
2 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
4 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper, mustard, oregano, oil
 

  Boil potatoes al dente and let cool slightly. Grate peeled carrots and zucchini finely in a dish towel and wring. Chop ham finely. Halve potatoes lengthwise and hollow out a little, leaving shell intact.
Hollowed use for the filling.
Mix well meat, eggs, ham, vegetables, mashed potatoes, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano and crushed garlic. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 180 ° C. Fill potatoes with the mixture, put on a baking sheet and bake 30 minutes.
Boil up gravy, stir in 1 pinch mustard and simmer briefly.
