 Potato Soup with Mincemeat

400 g minced meat
6 potatoes
1 bunch green onions
3 onions
3 bell peppers (red and green)
4 cloves of garlic
2 cans of peeled tomatoes (each 400 g)
125 ml creme fraiche
salt, pepper, herbes de Provence
oil, ajvar
 

  Peel and cut potatoes into 2 cm cubes. Peel and chop onion. Wash, deseed peppers and cut into strips, green onions into rings.
Fry minced meat in oil until crumbly , add onions and spring onions and fry. Add peppers and fry briefly too. Add the tomatoes and simmer all.
Season to taste with the spices. Simmer with ajvar at will, possibly even finely chopped chilies. Add potatoes and cook until the potatoes are tender.
 

         Side dish: baguette
