Liver Skewers

350 g beef or calf´s liver
1 onion
1 apple (tart)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper
2 tbsp. flour
 

  Cut liver into 4 cm cubes, onion into wedges.
Quarter apple, remove core and cut into cubes. Drizzle with lemon juice.
Put live, apple and onion alternately onto skewers. Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with flour.
Cover grill with oiled aluminum foil.
Grill skewers for about 12 minutes, turn again and again.
