MEXIKANISCHE   PFANNE

Mexican Pot

500 g minced beef
4 onions
4 paprika peppers (different coulors)
2 tsp. cornflour
250 ml beef stock (cube)
salt, oil
mexican spice blend

 

 

Peel onions, half them and cut into finely rings. Dice paprika peppers. Heat oil in a pot and fry minced beef. Add onions. Spice with salt and mexican spice blend. Add diced paprika peppers and fry them until they habe a slight bit. Mix well beef stock with cornflour, put into the pot and let all simmer some minutes. Season to taste.
