Bacon Quiche

00 g of puff pastry (deep frozen)
150 g bacon
100 g creme fraiche
4 eggs
salt, pepper, nutmeg
parsley

 

 

Preheat oven to 220 ° C.
Take two batters and put one above the other and cover a form (24-26 cm diameter).
Rinse bacon under hot water and pat dry. Then either cut into strips or cubes. Cover the dough them.
Mix well creme fraiche and eggs and season with salt and pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Place the egg mixture upon bacon, garnish with parsley. Bake the quiche about 40 minutes in the oven. The surface should have adopted a golden yellow color. Let cool and serve.
