TUNFISCH   CIABATTA 

Ciabatta with Tuna

1 ciabatta
1 tuna (canned in oil)
1 onion
3 tomatoes
3 tbsp. peas (canned or deep frozen)
4 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper,
2 mozzarella
herbs (basil, oregano, . . .)
 

  Preheat oven to 200°C.
Pour off oil from tuna and give some in a frying pan. Chop onion finely and sauteé them until translucent. Add tuna, fry them and season with pepper and herbs. Chop skinless tomatoes and garlic finely and put them to tuna. Add peans. Fry all some minutes and season with salt. Divide ciabatta lenghtwise into two halves. Place tuna mixture upon. Cut mozarella into slices and cover ciabatta with them.
Gratinate in oven about 15 minutes.
