Sausage Skewers with Bacon

3 tbsp. tomato paste
3 tsp. paprika powder
3 tbsp. lemon juice
16 slices bacon
8 sausages
salt, oregano
 

 

 

Work up tomato paste, lemon juice, paprika, oregano and salt to a paste.
Spread the bacon slices on one side with paste and cut in half crosswise.
Divide sausages into quarters and wrap with bacon slices. Then put them on skewers and grill.
Turn around every now and then.
