Mountain Lentil Soup with Pasta

100 g mountain lentils
100 g pipe rigate
1 potato
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 carrot
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. marjoram
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1200 ml vegetable soup
salt, cayenne pepper

 

 

Give lentils in a pot. Peel, dice and add to the lentils potato and carrot. Chop onion and garlic finely andenter also into the pot. Mix well tomato paste with the hot soup and pour into the pot. Bring to a boil and stir in the spices. When vegetable are al dente, add pipe rigate and the olive oil, mixing together and finish cooking.
Season to taste the soup with salt and cayenne pepper.
