ZUCCHINI  CREMESUPPE

Zucchini Cream Soup

2 zucchini
1 small onion
500 ml beef stock (cube)
250 ml cream
salt, pepper, oil

 

 

Chop onion finely. Peel and dice zucchini. Sauté onions in oil. Add  zucchini and fry all.
Pour on soup, season, simmer about 20 minutes and then puree. Refine with cream and season to taste.
