Stuffed Mushrooms

large mushrooms
soft cheese with herbs
1 bunch of chives
Salt, pepper, paprika powder
Emmental (grated)

 

 

Taste soft cheese with finely chopped chives, salt and pepper.
Remove the stem of the mushrooms and fill them with cheese. Sprinkle with Emmental cheese and paprika powder.
Cover grill with aluminum foil or parchment paper and place the mushrooms upon.
