CHAMPIGNONS  in  KNOBLAUCH 

Mushrooms in Garlic

500 g mushrooms
6 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
50 ml sherry (dry)
paprika powder
salt and pepper
olive oil

 

 

Clean and cut mushrooms into slices, not too thin. Cut garlic into thin slices. Heat olive oil in a pan and toast garlic slices over medium heat lightly. Add mushrooms, mix well and sauté over medium heat some minutes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Douse with sherry and mix well. To serve, sprinkle with parsley.

 

       Side dish: baguette
