CURRY  GEMÜSE

Curry Vegetable

500 g broccoli
150 ml yoghurt
125 ml beef stock (cube)
2 tbsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
1-2 chili
1 onion
150 g carotts
pepper, salt, cumin

 

 

Divide broccoli into florets and boil them in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Refresh with cold water and let them drain.
Peel carotts und cut into slices. Chopp onion, deseed and chop chili finely.
Braise carotts, onion and chilis in oil lightly, add curry powder, douse with soup and simmer covered for about 10 minutes. Add broccoli and fold in yoghurt. Reheat, but don´t bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cumin. Fold in parsley.
