EIERFLAMENCO 

Flamenco Eggs

1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
2 onions
3 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper, thyme
4 eggs
olive oil

 

 

Preheat oven to 170 °.
Wash bell peppers, remove seeds and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Peel onions and cut them into rings. Peel garlic.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and bell peppers, add pressed
garlic and thyme and season with salt.
Place eggs upon vegetable and gratinate in oven about 10 minutes.
