ERDÄPFELSCHIFFCHEN   mit   KAVIAR 

Potatoes with Caviar

6 potatoes
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
200 g lamb's lettuce
12 tsp. caviar
3 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
1 tsp. tarragon (dried)
125 g cream cheese
125 g creme fraiche
2 tbsp. oil
salt, pepper

 

 

Boil potatoes until tender and let them cool down some minutes. Prepare salad. For the marinade mix well vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Mix well cream cheese, creme fraiche, parsley, tarragon and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Peel potatoes, halve them lengthwise and fry them in oil on both sides.
Spread cheese cream upon the potatoes and garnish with caviar.
Marinade salad and arrange all.
