GNOCCHI  in  PILZRAHM

Gnocchi in Mushroom Cream

500 g mixed mushrooms
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. flour
250 ml whipped cream
500 g gnocchi (cooling shelf)
salt, pepper, thyme

 

 

Clean the mushrooms and cut into small pieces if necessary. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the mushrooms in it. Season with salt, pepper
and thyme. Dust with flour, sweat and deglaze with cream and 400 ml water. Bring to the boil, add the gnocchi and simmer for another 7 minutes

 

       Side dish: Parmesan
