Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cut cauliflower and broccoli into small florets. Place all into a pot of
boiling salted water and simmer until tender, then drain and transfer to
a ovenproof dish.
Cut cheese into small cubes. Mix well creme fraiche, sour cream, cheese
cubs and mustard. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Scatter
over vegetable and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Transfer the dish to the
oven and cook for about 20 minutes, or until the gratin is golden brown. |
