Potato Thaler

paprika powder, cumin (ground),
marjoram, thyme, pepper
 

 

 

Peel the potatoes and cook until al dente. Cut into 2 cm thick slices and place them on skewers.
Mix a marinade with oil, paprika, cumin, marjoram, thyme and pepper and coat both sides of the potatoes slices with this mixture. Fry on grill until crisp.
