Noodle Buffer

200 g tagliatelle
500 g mixed vegetables (frozen)
4 eggs
100 ml cream
salt, pepper, oil

 

 

Break noodles slightly and boil in salted water until al dente. Strain and let cool. Boil mixed vegetables according to instructions until al dente, drain and refresh with cold water. Mix eggs and cream and mix well with the vegetables and noodles. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Place each 2 tbsp. of the mixture into the pan, flatten and fry until golden brown on both sides.
