Sauteed Porcini with Rocket

Ingredients for 2 people

300 g porcini
100 g rocket salad
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. balsamico vinegar
2 tbsp. butter
Parmesan
sea salt, pepper

 

 

Wash rocket salat, drain and arrange on plates. Mix well olive oil with balsamic vinegar.
Cut porcini mushrooms in 1 cm thick slices, fry in butter each side for a short while and serve on the rocket. Season with sea salt and pepper. Sprinkle witz the olive oil mixture and with a few Parmesan shavings.
