ZUCCHINI  CHAMPIGNON  BAGUETTE  

Mushroom Zucchini Baguettes

baguette
120 g mushrooms
300 g zucchini
1 / 2 bunch chives
100 g cream cheese with herbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt, pepper

 

 

Slice the mushrooms and dice zucchini small. Chives cut into rolls. Baguette into 8 slices and spread with cream cheese. Mushrooms fry 2 minutes, add zucchini and cook another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and stir in chives. Hot, spread the baguette slices and garnish with chives.
