ZUCCHINI  FRITTATA

 

Ingredients for 2 people

6 eggs
150 g zucchini
40 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
20 g olives (pitted)
60 g feta cheese (diced)
1 tbsp. herbs (chopped)
salt, pepper, oil

 

 

Preheat oven to 160 ° C.
Mix well eggs, parmesan, salt and pepper. Half zucchini lengthwise and cut then into slices.
Fry zucchini in olive oil. Then pour egg mixture into the pan and bake on. Reduce heat, add
