Mix minced meat with salt and pepper, paprika
powder, cumin and ketchup. |

Cut onion and green pepper into thin strips, cabanossi
into thin slices. |

Dice tomatoes and chop chilli finely. |

Fry minced meat and remove from the pan. |

Sauté onions and cabanossi in 1 tbsp. oil, add chopped
pepper, chili pepper and continue to simmer |

then deglaze with red wine

Bring mixture to the boil, add the minced meat, half
of the soup and the rice, stir well and let simmer for 10 minutes,
stirring occasionally. After 10 minutes add the remaining soup. |
