200 g coloured noodles
100 g gouda cheese
100 g edam cheese
150 g ham
2 red bell peppers
1 punch spring onions
2 tbsp. parsley
200 g creme fraiche or sour creme
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
lemon juice, salt, pepper
1 tbsp. oil
Boil noodles in salted water, refresh and drain
Cut cheese and ham into slices.
Dice gherkin and bell peppers.
Remove dark green from spring onions and cut the rest
of onions into rings.
Cop parsley finely.
Mix well creme fraiche, mayonnaise and oil, season to
taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
