Spicy  Rice  Pan

 

1 red and 1 green pepper
1 onion
180 g rice
3 tbsp.tomato purée
1 l beef stock (cube)
2 tbsp. chilisauce
4 gloves of garlic
150 g maize grains (canned)
200 g red beans
salt, pepper, oil parsley

Cut peppers into cubes.

 

 Dice onion and . . .

 

. . . sauté with rice.

Add peppers and tomato purée, stir and  . . .

 

. . . douse with soup.

 

Stir in chilisauce and garlic and simmer over medium heat about 30 minutes.

Let maize grains and beans drain and add into the pot. Season to taste with salt and pepper and simmer about 10 minutes.
