DIP MILANO

1 onion
50 g salami
150 g curd cheese (quark)
100 g creme fraiche
1 tbsp. sour cream
salt, paprika

   

 

Peel onion and chop finely. Dice salami into small cubes. Add all into a bowl und mix it well. Season to taste with salt and paprika.
