Potato Garlic Dip

500 g potatoes
5 cloves of garlic
6 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 chili pepper
100 ml beef stock (cube)



Peel potatoes and boil them in salted water. Then mash potatoes and add minced garlic.
Add olive oil, lemon juice, beef stock and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove the pips from chili pepper, dice it into small cubes and add it.


      A delicious bread spread and a dip for grissinis.
