Avocado Herb Crostini

200 g wholemeal baguette
1 bunch radishes
Avocado cream
1 bunch basil
2 cloves of garlic
2 avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice



Peel garlic and chop finely. Chop basil finely. Halve avocados, deseed and remove the flesh from the shell. Use a fork to mash, mix with basil, garlic and lemon juice. Season cream with salt and pepper.
Cut radishes into thin slices. Cut baguette into slices and toast crispy. Spread with avocado cream and garnish with the radishes.
