AVOCADO  BURRATA  BRUSCHETTA

Avocado Burrata Bruschetta

 

Ingredients for 8-9 pieces

Olive oil
8-9 baguette slices (approx. 1 cm thick)
2 garlic cloves
2 avocados
2 burrata
cherry tomatoes
basil (fresh)
balsamic cream
salt, pepper

 

 

Toast the baguette slices with a little olive oil. Grate the garlic cloves onto the slices. Finely mash the avocado and season with salt and pepper. Cut the burrato into slices.
Spread the avocado mixture on the slices of bread and top with the burrato. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Top the burrato pieces with the basil leaves.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and garnish with balsamic cream.
