(Baguette di Mare)

 Ingredients for 2 people

2 baguettes (each 250 g)
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. parsley
1 red onion
150 g sheep's cheese
150 g tuna (in brine)



Halve baguette and brush the cut surfaces with olive oil.
Place on a baking sheet and roast in oven with hot air until they are crispy.
Peel onion and garlic and chop finely.
Break up tuna with a fork and spread the baguette slices, crumbs the sheep cheese upon. Sprinkle with garlic and onion.
Gratinate baguettes at 180 ° C for about 15-20 minutes.
