BRUSCHETTA  mit  SPECK  und  PILZEN

Bruschetta with Ham and Mushrooms

8 slices from ciabatta
250 g mushrooms
3 slices of bacon
2 spring onions
olive oil, salt, pepper

 

 

Roast bread in olive oil on both sides golden brown and allow to drain on paper towels. Clean mushrooms, half and cut into slices, the bacon into strips. Wash onions and cut into rings.
Fry bacon and mushrooms in 1 tbsp. oil, add onion rings and season with salt and pepper.
Cover bread with the mushroom mixture.
