Crostini with Smoked Salmon Tartare

1 red onion
200 g cucumber
1 small. chicory
2 tbsp. dill
200 g smoked salmon
Juice of 1 lemon
4 breadroll
50 g caviar
salt, pepper, oil
 
 

  Peel the onion and chop finely. Peel the cucumber, halve lengthwise and remove the seeds with a spoon. Cut cucumber lengthwise into thin strips and then into small cubes. Remove outer leaves of chicory, half lengthwise and remove the stalk. Cut into strips and then into small cubes. Chop dill and mix all ingredients in a salad bowl.
Chop smoked salmon finely and add to salad. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Refrigerate.
Slice breadrolls and fry them in 1 tbsp. oil golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and let drain on paper towels.
Caover bread with salmon tartar and garnish with caviar.
