Basic Recipe

 Ingredients for 12 people

1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
50 g butter (squashy)
200 g flour
1 pinch of salt
120 ml milk
1 pack. vanilla sugar
160 g sugar
250 ml whipping cream
1 pack. cream stiff
100 g sugar



Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Mix well vanilla sugar with sugar. Froth up butter, sugar mixture, salt and egg. Stir in milk gradually.Mix flour and baking powder and stir gradually into the butter mixture.Cover muffin tray tin with butter or use paper cupcake.
Fill the muffin cups fifty-fifty. Bake on the middle rack of oven 25 - 30 minutes.
Cream: whip cream and stir in sugar and cream stabilizer. Cover the cakes with the cream with a pastry bag.
Garnish with chocolate flakes, cocoa, coconut flakes, etc..
