Emmental Cheese Toast


Ingredients for 2 people

100 g Emmental cheese (grated)
1 egg yolk
150 ml cream
2 slices of toast
2 small eggs
1 tbsp. chives (cuted)
salt, pepper, butter



Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Mix well cheese with cream and yolk. Season with salt and pepper. Toast the toast and cover with the cheese milk and place on a baking plate covered with baking parchment. Bake about 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, fry the eggs to fried eggs and place them on the toasts before serving. Garnish with chives.
