Hard boil the eggs, rinse and leave to cool. Then peel
and cut in half lengthways. Place the egg yolks in a bowl. Cut the
salmon into small pieces and add. Add the cream cheese and puree
everything finely
If the mixture is too firm, stir in 1 tbsp. mayonnaise. Flavour with
pepper. Use a piping bag to fill the egg white halves.
Garnish and serve. |
