Stuffed Eggs with Salmon

8 eggs
100 g smoked salmon
100 g cream cheese (double cream)
Pepper

Decoration
Dill
Olives
Cherry tomatoes

 

 

Hard boil the eggs, rinse and leave to cool. Then peel and cut in half lengthways. Place the egg yolks in a bowl. Cut the salmon into small pieces and add. Add the cream cheese and puree everything finely
If the mixture is too firm, stir in 1 tbsp. mayonnaise. Flavour with pepper. Use a piping bag to fill the egg white halves.
Garnish and serve.
